- Analyze financial statements, credit reports, and market trends to assess borrower risk profiles
- Prepare detailed credit memos and recommendations for loan approval committees
- Monitor existing loan portfolios for compliance and early risk identification
- Collaborate with sales teams to structure optimal credit solutions for clients
- Stay updated on regulatory changes affecting credit policies and procedures
- Utilize provided financial modeling tools to forecast repayment scenarios
- Document all credit assessments accurately in our CRM system
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or Business Administration
- 3+ years of credit analysis or underwriting experience
- Advanced proficiency in Excel and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of cash flow analysis and risk assessment frameworks
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Professional certification (CFA, FRM, or CRCM) preferred
- Ability to work independently while collaborating cross-functionally
