Responsibilities

- Reconcile bank statements and ledger accounts
- Assist with monthly financial reporting
- Manage vendor invoices and expense reports
- Utilize QuickBooks and MS Excel for data analysis
- Support annual audit preparations
- Maintain accurate financial documentation
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent (college preferred)
- Basic math aptitude and attention to detail
