Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions with high accuracy.
- Maintain and organize financial records, ledgers, and journals.
- Assist with the monthly and annual closing processes.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts.
- Prepare basic financial reports and spreadsheets for management review.
- Perform routine data entry and filing duties to ensure office efficiency.
- Assist in the preparation of payroll support documents.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or GED required.
- Strong attention to detail and high accuracy in data entry.
- Basic knowledge of accounting principles is a plus but not mandatory (we train!).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Reliable transportation is required.
