Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close and reconciliations
- Prepare financial statements and variance analysis for leadership review
- Process accounts payable/receivable with weekly payroll integration
- Assist with tax compliance and audit preparation
- Implement and improve financial controls and reporting systems
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail with financial accuracy
