Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable transactions with 99.5% accuracy
- Manage vendor relationships and resolve payment discrepancies within SLAs
- Reconcile AP sub-ledgers with general ledger monthly
- Implement process improvements using NetSuite ERP system
- Collaborate with auditors during quarterly compliance reviews
- Maintain organized electronic filing systems for all AP documentation
- Support month-end closing activities and financial reporting
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
- 3+ years of high-volume AP processing experience
- Advanced proficiency in NetSuite or similar ERP systems
- Expertise in 3-way matching and PO validation protocols
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with Sarbanes-Oxley compliance requirements
- CPA or CMA certification preferred
