Responsibilities
- Maintain and reconcile multi-entity accounts payable/receivable cycles
- Prepare month-end/year-end financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Oversee payroll processing and tax filings for 50+ employees
- Implement and optimize QuickBooks Online systems for clients
- Conduct forensic audits for expense verification and fraud prevention
- Develop customized financial reporting dashboards for stakeholders
- Lead quarterly business reviews with client finance leadership
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting/Finance with 3+ years experience
- Advanced QuickBooks Online certification required
- Expert proficiency in Excel with VBA/macros
- Proven experience with multi-state tax compliance
- CPA or equivalent certification preferred
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience in SaaS or fintech industry preferred
