Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle bookkeeping for diverse client portfolios using QuickBooks Online
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with actionable insights
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit cards, and balance sheet accounts
- Process payroll and tax filings compliant with NC regulations
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles with vendor/client relationship management
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial accuracy
- Collaborate with CPA firm for quarterly/annual audits
Qualifications
- 5+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience with multi-client portfolios
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel
- Proven expertise in financial statement preparation and analysis
- Strong understanding of GAAP principles and NC tax regulations
- Associates degree in Accounting or Finance required; Bachelor's preferred
- CPA or QuickBooks ProAdvisor certification highly valued
