Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations and ensure the accuracy of all financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Assist in the preparation of financial statements, tax filings, and compliance documentation.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable to maintain healthy cash flow.
- Conduct internal audits and assist in the preparation of annual budgets.
- Prepare and distribute monthly financial reports to management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2-5 years of experience in general accounting or a similar role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail and accuracy.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
