Responsibilities
- Manage full-cycle accounting operations including month-end close, journal entries, and financial reporting
- Analyze financial data and prepare variance reports for executive leadership
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable processes and reconcile bank statements
- Ensure compliance with GAAP, SOX, and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial workflows
- Lead audits and prepare documentation for external reviews
- Maintain accurate fixed asset registers and depreciation schedules
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, SAP, and Microsoft Excel
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with multi-state tax compliance
- Excellent communication and presentation abilities
