Responsibilities
- Manage day-to-day financial operations and ensure accuracy in all entries.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and maintain accurate financial statements, including balance sheets and income statements.
- Assist with the preparation of tax returns and annual audits.
- Maintain the general ledger and manage accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Process payroll accurately and timely in compliance with local regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (Bachelor’s preferred).
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) and advanced MS Excel skills.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple priorities effectively.
