Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain the general ledger and financial records with high accuracy.
- Reconcile bank accounts and credit card statements on a monthly basis.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements and reports for management review.
- Process weekly payroll ensuring all deductions and taxes are calculated correctly.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support external audits.
- Monitor accounts payable and receivable to ensure timely processing.
- Collaborate with department heads to provide budget analysis and financial forecasting.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or finance.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero) and MS Excel (Pivot Tables, VLOOKUP).
- Strong understanding of GAAP and financial reporting standards.
- Excellent analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
