Responsibilities
- Manage and reconcile general ledger accounts with precision
- Prepare accurate financial statements and regulatory compliance reports
- Oversee accounts payable/receivable cycles and cash flow management
- Conduct detailed audits and implement internal controls
- Support month-end and year-end closing processes
- Utilize QuickBooks and ERP systems for financial data analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial strategy
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of progressive accounting experience
- CPA certification or active pursuit preferred
- Expertise in GAAP and tax compliance regulations
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Proven analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
