Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger activities and execute accurate month-end close procedures.
- Reconcile bank statements, credit card accounts, and general ledger accounts on a weekly basis.
- Prepare and analyze key financial reports, including balance sheets and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings and audits.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions with high efficiency.
- Maintain organized financial records and ensure compliance with company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is preferred but not mandatory.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of progressive accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Xero, Sage) and advanced Excel skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills for client interaction.
