Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with detailed variance reports
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliation
- Coordinate tax preparation and filing processes for federal/state compliance
- Implement and maintain internal controls for financial accuracy
- Assist with budget forecasting and expense management initiatives
- Collaborate with auditors during annual financial reviews
- Maintain financial records in compliance with GAAP standards
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA preferred)
- 3+ years of experience in full-cycle accounting
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong knowledge of tax regulations and financial reporting standards
- Detail-oriented with exceptional analytical skills
