Responsibilities
- Execute month-end closing procedures and reconciliations
- Process payroll and manage expense reports accurately
- Prepare financial statements and management reports
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal controls
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on financial initiatives
- Manage vendor invoicing and accounts payable/receivable
- Support audits and regulatory filings as needed
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance required
- 3+ years of accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
- Weekend availability (Sat/Sun shifts)
- CPA or advanced certification preferred
- Experience with multi-currency transactions
