Responsibilities
- End-to-end invoice processing, validation, and payment scheduling
- Vendor reconciliation and dispute resolution across multiple states
- Sales/use tax compliance for NC and FL operations
- AP ledger maintenance with <1% variance tolerance
- Automate workflows using SAP Concur and Coupa integration
- Quarterly AP health audits and KPI reporting
- Cross-functional collaboration with procurement and treasury
Qualifications
- Bachelor's in Accounting/Finance + 5+ years AP experience
- SAP/Oracle implementation expertise required
- CPA or CMA certification strongly preferred
- Advanced Excel skills with Power Query proficiency
- Proven remote team leadership experience
- Multi-state tax compliance knowledge
- Process automation certification (e.g., UiPath) a plus
