Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and receivable reconciliation.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and general ledger reports.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and ensure compliance with GAAP and state regulations.
- Conduct audits of financial records to ensure accuracy and integrity.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve budgeting processes and cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (CPA preferred).
- Minimum of 2-3 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage) and Microsoft Excel (Advanced).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent analytical skills and attention to detail.
