Responsibilities
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements and variance reports.
- Process accounts payable and receivable invoices with high accuracy.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation documentation.
- Maintain accurate financial records in strict compliance with GAAP standards.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline reporting processes.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Minimum of 2 years of professional accounting experience.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Sage, or similar accounting software.
- Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Excel (advanced functions).
- Must be available and willing to work night shift schedules.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent problem-solving skills.
