- Maintain accurate general ledgers and reconcile bank/credit card statements
- Process accounts payable/receivable with strict attention to deadlines
- Prepare monthly financial reports and profit/loss statements
- Manage payroll processing and tax compliance filings
- Utilize QuickBooks for data entry and financial analysis
- Assist with audits and financial documentation requests
- Implement cost-control measures and efficiency improvements
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (or equivalent experience)
- 3+ years of hands-on bookkeeping experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and Excel
- Strong knowledge of GAAP and tax regulations
- Exceptional attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Ability to manage multiple client accounts simultaneously
- Professional certification (AIPB or QuickBooks ProAdvisor) preferred
