Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and ensure the accuracy of financial records.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly to ensure data integrity.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial reports, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and financial audits.
- Maintain organized and up-to-date filing systems for all financial documents.
- Collaborate with the management team to provide insights on budget variances and cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- CPA certification preferred or active CPA candidate status.
