Responsibilities
- Process high-volume accounts payable invoices, verifying accuracy and coding expenses
- Manage vendor relationships, resolving discrepancies and maintaining communication
- Reconcile accounts and resolve payment discrepancies efficiently
- Assist with month-end closing procedures and financial reporting
- Utilize ERP systems (SAP/Oracle) to maintain accurate financial records
- Collaborate with procurement and accounting teams on payment workflows
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and financial regulations
Qualifications
- Minimum 3 years of accounts payable experience in a corporate setting
- Proficiency in ERP systems (SAP, Oracle, or Microsoft Dynamics)
- Advanced Excel skills including VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- Strong analytical skills with attention to numerical accuracy
- Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
- Associate's degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent experience
