Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in accordance with GAAP standards.
- Manage general ledger reconciliations and ensure the accuracy of all financial data.
- Assist with year-end audits and tax preparation schedules.
- Reconcile bank accounts, credit card statements, and general ledger accounts.
- Process accounts payable and receivable transactions efficiently and accurately.
- Prepare variance analysis reports to support strategic decision-making.
- Maintain and organize financial documentation and filing systems.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance required; CPA certification is a plus.
- 3+ years of progressive experience in accounting or a related financial role.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or NetSuite) and advanced MS Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables).
- Strong attention to detail and excellent analytical problem-solving skills.
- Ability to meet tight deadlines and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills.
