Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounting operations, including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform accurate and timely reconciliation of bank statements and general ledgers.
- Prepare comprehensive monthly financial statements and variance analysis reports.
- Assist in the annual budget preparation and long-term financial forecasting.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 3-5 years of progressive experience in accounting or finance.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or Business Administration (CPA certification is a plus).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage).
