Responsibilities
- Manage and maintain accurate general ledger accounts and financial records.
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements in compliance with GAAP.
- Perform bank reconciliations and manage accounts payable and receivable.
- Assist in the preparation of tax returns and ensure all deadlines are met.
- Conduct internal audits and review financial reports for errors or anomalies.
- Collaborate with management to develop budget forecasts and financial strategies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field (CPA preferred).
- Proven experience in financial accounting and reporting.
- Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero) and MS Excel.
- Strong analytical skills with a keen eye for detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with immediate availability.
