Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and receivable transactions with precision.
- Prepare and analyze monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and supporting schedules.
- Perform bank reconciliations and resolve any discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure all accounting records and reports comply with GAAP and local regulations.
- Collaborate with the finance team to streamline budgeting and forecasting processes.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Proficient in accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel (including pivot tables and functions).
- Strong understanding of federal and state tax regulations.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
