Responsibilities
- Manage daily general ledger entries and perform accurate month-end close procedures.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss statements.
- Assist in the preparation of annual tax returns and support for external audits.
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable with strict adherence to deadlines.
- Reconcile bank statements and resolve any financial discrepancies promptly.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and internal company policies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience preferred (CPA candidates welcome).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and QuickBooks/NetSuite.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and generally accepted accounting principles.
- Excellent organizational skills, attention to detail, and problem-solving abilities.
