Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements with GAAP compliance
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and general ledger reconciliations
- Process payroll with daily pay distribution options
- Conduct audits and ensure internal controls effectiveness
- Develop tax strategies and compliance documentation
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams on budget forecasting
- Maintain accurate financial records using QuickBooks Online
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks and MS Excel
- Proven tax preparation and audit support experience
- Strong analytical skills with attention to detail
- Experience with daily payroll processing systems
