Responsibilities
- Assist in the preparation and analysis of monthly financial statements and reports.
- Perform daily reconciliation of bank accounts and general ledger accounts.
- Process and post accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Support the audit process by preparing requested schedules and documentation.
- Assist in the maintenance of accurate financial records and internal controls.
- Communicate effectively with internal teams and external clients regarding financial inquiries.
- Utilize accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, SAP) to manage financial data.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 0-2 years of experience in accounting, or equivalent internship experience.
- Strong understanding of GAAP (Generally Accepted Accounting Principles).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and accounting software.
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills.
- Strong analytical problem-solving abilities.
- Ability to meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
