Responsibilities
- Manage daily accounts payable and accounts receivable processes efficiently.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Prepare and analyze accurate financial reports for management review.
- Assist in the preparation of quarterly and annual tax filings.
- Maintain accurate, up-to-date financial records and general ledgers.
- Process payroll accurately and ensure all deductions are calculated correctly.
- Ensure strict compliance with all federal and state accounting regulations.
Qualifications
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- 2+ years of professional experience in general accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (QuickBooks, Sage, or Xero).
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry and financial reporting.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to meet strict daily deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Current U.S. work authorization required.
