Responsibilities
- Manage month-end closing procedures and reconciliations for diverse client portfolios
- Prepare and analyze financial statements ensuring GAAP compliance
- Process accounts payable/receivable with 100% accuracy
- Conduct variance analysis and provide actionable financial insights
- Utilize QuickBooks Online and advanced Excel modeling for reporting
- Coordinate with external auditors during quarterly reviews
- Maintain strict confidentiality for sensitive financial data
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting or Finance (CPA/MBA preferred)
- 3+ years of hands-on accounting experience in public/private sectors
- Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Proven ability to meet daily deadlines with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong analytical skills with experience in financial statement analysis
- Excellent communication skills for client interaction and reporting
