Role Overview:

Responsibilities
- Manage daily bookkeeping operations including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Perform bank reconciliations and credit card reconciliations to ensure data accuracy.
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including P&L statements and balance sheets.
- Assist with payroll processing and support tax preparation efforts.
- Ensure strict compliance with federal, state, and local financial regulations.
- Organize and maintain accurate financial records and documentation for audits.

Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of professional experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in accounting software (QuickBooks, Xero, or Sage) is required.
- Strong working knowledge of GAAP and general accounting principles.
