Responsibilities
- Process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions accurately and timely.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card statements monthly.
- Prepare monthly financial statements, balance sheets, and profit & loss reports.
- Assist with payroll processing and tax preparation support.
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and local financial regulations.
- Review and verify invoices, receipts, and expense reports.
- Collaborate with the finance team to optimize cash flow management.
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent; Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance preferred.
- Minimum of 2-3 years of proven experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Xero, or similar accounting software.
- Advanced Excel skills (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables, Macros).
- Strong understanding of Generally Accepted Accounting Principles (GAAP).
- Excellent communication skills and ability to work independently.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
