Responsibilities
- Manage and oversee the full-cycle accounts payable and accounts receivable processes.
- Prepare and analyze monthly financial statements, including balance sheets and profit & loss reports.
- Assist in the monthly and year-end closing procedures to ensure accuracy and compliance.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts on a monthly basis.
- Ensure all financial reporting adheres to GAAP standards and internal policies.
- Collaborate with the finance team to improve operational efficiency and cost control.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field required.
- 3+ years of professional accounting experience.
- Certified Public Accountant (CPA) or CMA designation is a plus.
- Proficient in Microsoft Excel (VLOOKUP, Pivot Tables) and accounting software (e.g., QuickBooks, NetSuite, SAP).
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret complex financial data.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
