Responsibilities
- Process daily financial transactions with precision and timeliness
- Reconcile accounts and prepare financial statements weekly
- Manage accounts payable/receivable and payroll processing
- Ensure compliance with GAAP and tax regulations
- Utilize QuickBooks and Excel for data management
- Provide month-end closing support and analysis
- Communicate financial insights to stakeholders
Qualifications
- Associate's degree in Accounting or Finance (Bachelor's preferred)
- 2+ years of professional accounting experience
- Proficiency in QuickBooks and Microsoft Excel
- Strong understanding of GAAP and tax compliance
- Ability to meet tight daily deadlines
- Attention to detail with numerical accuracy
- Professional certification (CPA/CMA) a plus
