Responsibilities
- Perform daily bookkeeping tasks including accounts payable and accounts receivable.
- Reconcile bank statements and credit card accounts monthly.
- Prepare and maintain financial statements, ledgers, and general ledger entries.
- Assist in the preparation of monthly, quarterly, and annual tax filings.
- Review and analyze financial data to support business decision-making.
- Ensure compliance with all local, state, and federal financial regulations.
Qualifications
- Minimum of 2 years of experience in accounting or bookkeeping.
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (Preferred).
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and Microsoft Office.
- Strong understanding of GAAP and Generally Accepted Accounting Principles.
- Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills.
- Must be authorized to work in the United States.
