Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accuracy and compliance with GAAP
- Manage accounts payable/receivable, payroll processing, and bank reconciliations
- Conduct month-end and year-end closing procedures with journal entries
- Assist with budget forecasting, variance analysis, and expense tracking
- Collaborate with auditors and tax professionals during compliance reviews
- Implement and maintain internal controls to safeguard company assets
- Generate financial reports for executive decision-making
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field required
- 3+ years of experience in accounting or financial analysis
- Proficiency in QuickBooks, Excel, and accounting software
- Strong knowledge of GAAP, tax regulations, and financial controls
- Certification (CPA, CMA) or pursuit of certification preferred

- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
