- Lead cross-functional workshops to identify disruptive opportunities
- Produce horizon-scanning reports on societal and technological shifts
- Design innovation frameworks for ethical tech deployment
- Partner with C-suite on future-proofing organizational strategy
- Curate global futurist networks and thought leadership events
- Mentor emerging talent in foresight methodologies
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight or innovation leadership
- Published research on emerging technologies (quantum/AI/biotech)
- Proven track record translating future trends into commercial strategy
- Expertise in scenario planning and horizon scanning
- Strong background in ethical tech governance frameworks
- PhD or advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Engineering, or equivalent
- Experience with international policy and regulatory foresight
