- Lead horizon scanning to identify disruptive technologies and market trends impacting 2026+ landscapes
- Architect and execute multi-year innovation roadmaps aligned with corporate vision
- Champion agile experimentation processes, launching 5+ proof-of-concepts annually
- Collaborate with R&D teams to develop patent-pending solutions for future markets
- Present strategic insights to board members and investors using predictive modeling
- Mentor cross-functional teams in design thinking and exponential technologies
- Establish partnerships with academic institutions and global innovation ecosystems
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation or R&D leadership within tech-forward industries
- Proven track record of launching products/services with 7-figure revenue impact
- Deep expertise in emerging tech: quantum computing, AGI, or synthetic biology
- Advanced degree in Innovation Management, Futures Studies, or related field
- Certification in Scrum Master or Design Thinking methodologies
