- Lead cross-functional innovation sprints with C-suite executives
- Design and deliver immersive future-state simulations for stakeholder engagement
- Pioneer proprietary foresight methodologies using predictive analytics
- Represent company at global futurism forums and thought leadership summits
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic foresight, innovation consulting, or future studies
- Advanced degree in Futures Studies, Systems Theory, or related field
- Published thought leadership on exponential technologies or societal megatrends
- Expertise in scenario planning, horizon scanning, and trend analysis methodologies
- Proficiency in AI-driven foresight tools (e.g., GPT-4, Trendalyzer)
- Track record of influencing enterprise-level transformation initiatives
- Certification in Foresight Methodologies (e.g., AC/FS) preferred
- Portfolio demonstrating 3+ complex future-state projects
