Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Strategic Innovation, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategic foresight, innovation management, or future-oriented consulting
- Proven expertise in scenario planning, trend analysis, and disruptive technology forecasting
- Portfolio demonstrating successful implementation of future-oriented strategies
- Deep understanding of emerging tech: quantum computing, biotech convergence, AGI implications
- Exceptional communication skills with ability to translate complex futures into actionable insights
