- Collaborate with C-suite to secure $50M+ annual innovation budget
- Establish strategic partnerships with Silicon Valley startups and research institutions
- Present quarterly innovation briefings to the board and key stakeholders
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic planning, product innovation, or emerging tech leadership
- Proven track record launching category-defining products with $100M+ revenue impact
- Deep expertise in at least two of: AI/ML, quantum computing, or advanced biotech
- Executive-level experience with Fortune 500 or high-growth startups
- Strong financial modeling and ROI analysis capabilities
- PhD or MBA from top-tier institution preferred
