Responsibilities
- Develop and publish annual 2026 Future State Reports analyzing tech, social, and economic megatrends
- Design scenario-planning frameworks for clients navigating AI ethics, climate resilience, and workforce automation
- Lead cross-functional workshops to translate foresight into 5-year strategic roadmaps
- Build proprietary forecasting models using quantum computing and predictive analytics
- Advolve C-suite executives on emerging risks and opportunities in decentralized ecosystems
- Pioneer Horizon Dynamics' Future Intelligence Platform integrating NLP and blockchain validation
Qualifications
- Master's degree in Futures Studies, Systems Thinking, or related field (PhD preferred)
- 8+ years in strategy consulting, innovation, or futurist roles with Fortune 500 exposure
- Proven expertise in horizon scanning and trend analysis using Delphi methods and AI-driven tools
- Published thought leadership on 4IR technologies or sustainable transitions
- Certification in Strategic Foresight (e.g., from APF or WFS)
- Experience leading global teams across 3+ continents
- Portfolio demonstrating scenario-planning deliverables for Fortune 500 clients
