Responsibilities
- Develop and execute 5-year innovation roadmaps aligned with 2026 market projections
- Lead scenario planning for disruptive technologies (quantum computing, AGI, biotech convergence)
- Drive cross-functional R&D initiatives with engineering, design, and business teams
- Establish strategic partnerships with emerging tech incubators and academic institutions
- Present innovation frameworks to C-suite stakeholders and board members
- Monitor global innovation ecosystems and competitive intelligence
- Lead culture transformation initiatives to embed future-readiness across organization
Qualifications
- 10+ years in strategic innovation, product development, or futurist consulting
- Proven track record of launching market-defining products/services
- Expertise in emerging technologies: quantum computing, synthetic biology, Web3.0
- Advanced degree in relevant field (MBA, MS Engineering, PhD preferred)
- Certified Futurist (CFP) or similar foresight certification
- Exceptional data storytelling and visualization capabilities
- Experience scaling innovation programs in Fortune 500 environments
- Portfolio of published future scenario analyses or innovation frameworks
