Responsibilities
- Process weekly, bi-weekly, and monthly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Calculate and garnish deductions, taxes, and voluntary deductions according to federal/state regulations
- Resolve payroll discrepancies through audit trails and employee inquiries
- Prepare and submit quarterly payroll tax filings and year-end W-2s
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding, terminations, and benefit changes
- Maintain compliance with FLSA, IRS, and Indiana state payroll laws
- Generate payroll reports for management and external auditors
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with multi-state operations
- Proficient in ADP Workforce Now or equivalent payroll software
- Certified Payroll Professional (CPP) or Payroll Compliance Practitioner (PCP) preferred
- Strong knowledge of federal/state payroll tax regulations and labor laws
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP, pivot tables, and data validation
- Exceptional attention to detail with 0% error tolerance in financial data
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and integrity
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
