Responsibilities
- Analyze financial data to identify trends, risks, and opportunities
- Build and maintain complex financial models for forecasting and budgeting
- Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders
- Conduct variance analysis between actual and projected performance
- Support M&A activities through due diligence and valuation analysis
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize financial processes
- Present findings to executive leadership with actionable recommendations
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field
- 3+ years of financial analysis experience in corporate or investment settings
- Advanced proficiency in Excel (VLOOKUP, PivotTables, macros)
- Experience with financial modeling tools (Bloomberg, FactSet) preferred
- Strong understanding of GAAP and SEC reporting requirements
- CFA or CPA certification a significant advantage
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent communication skills with attention to detail
