Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for hourly and salaried employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax regulations (Tennessee-specific)
- Reconcile payroll discrepancies and resolve employee payment issues within 24 hours
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and time-off accruals
- Collaborate with HR on new hire onboarding and terminations
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits for accuracy
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience (weekly pay preferred)
- ADP Workforce Now certification or equivalent experience
- Proficiency in Tennessee payroll tax regulations (Form W-2, 941, etc.)
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot tables
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
- Strong attention to detail with zero-error tolerance for payroll
- Ability to meet weekly deadlines under pressure
- Familiarity with multi-state payroll compliance
