Responsibilities
- Process weekly payroll for 200+ employees using ADP Workforce Now
- Verify time records and reconcile discrepancies with department managers
- Ensure compliance with FLSA, TWC, and IRS regulations
- Manage garnishments, deductions, and tax filings accurately
- Generate payroll reports for finance and HR leadership
- Respond to employee payroll inquiries within 24 hours
- Conduct quarterly payroll audits and implement corrective actions
Qualifications
- 3+ years of payroll processing experience with weekly pay cycles
- Proficiency in ADP, Paychex, or similar payroll software
- CPP (Certified Payroll Professional) certification preferred
- Expert knowledge of Tennessee labor laws and tax requirements
- Advanced Excel skills with VLOOKUP and pivot table experience
- Proven ability to handle sensitive data with confidentiality
- Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field
