Responsibilities
- Process customer transactions including deposits, withdrawals, and transfers with precision
- Balance cash drawers and reconcile daily transactions to ensure accuracy
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve client inquiries efficiently
- Identify cross-selling opportunities for bank products and services
- Maintain strict adherence to security protocols and compliance standards
- Operate provided banking equipment including cash recyclers and check scanners
- Assist with branch operations as needed to support team objectives
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; college degree preferred
- Minimum 1 year cash handling or customer service experience
- Proficiency with basic financial software and provided banking equipment
- Strong attention to detail and numerical accuracy
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with multiple priorities
