Responsibilities
- Conduct in-depth financial modeling and valuation analyses for M&A transactions
- Prepare executive-level financial reports and dashboards for C-suite stakeholders
- Analyze market trends and economic indicators to inform investment strategies
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize capital allocation
- Lead quarterly forecasting processes and variance analysis
- Develop financial scenarios for stress testing and risk assessment
- Maintain compliance with SEC regulations and internal controls
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or related field (MBA/CFA preferred)
- 5+ years of progressive financial analysis experience in investment banking or asset management
- Expert proficiency in Excel, Bloomberg Terminal, and financial modeling software
- Strong understanding of GAAP, IFRS, and SEC reporting requirements
- Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities with attention to detail
- Proven track record of presenting complex financial insights to executive leadership
- Series 7 and/or Series 63 license preferred
