Responsibilities
- Develop comprehensive financial plans for individuals and families
- Build and maintain client relationships through trust-based advisory
- Analyze market trends and recommend suitable investment vehicles
- Conduct retirement planning and risk management assessments
- Stay current on SEC/FINRA regulations and compliance standards
- Collaborate with team members on complex portfolio strategies

Qualifications
- FINRA Series 7 and 66/65 licenses required
- 3+ years financial advisory experience
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Economics, or related field
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Proven track record in client relationship management
- Knowledge of retirement planning and tax-advantaged accounts
